About this notice

NexgenAct is a private business-workflow pilot operated by Zeming Lu, an individual. For privacy questions, contact zeming.business@gmail.com. This notice covers this website and the NexgenAct text and phone pilot.

Information used by the pilot

We use the enrolled phone number, timezone, messaging preferences, SMS consent choices and their disclosure version/hash, call identifier and timestamp, messages and supported attachments you send, conversation text, saved-request details, and call/message identifiers and delivery records. Calls use live audio processing, and conversation text is retained so a request can continue by text. The application does not enable call audio recording by default. That does not mean that no audio is processed or that service providers retain no records.

We use this information to respond to your requests, ask for missing details, save and retrieve requests, maintain continuity, authenticate phone access, and manage delivery and opt-out choices. Saving a request does not execute an action in your business tools.

Service providers

Twilio handles telephone calls, SMS/MMS transport, and related phone/message metadata. OpenAI processes conversation content and supported images to generate replies; phone audio is sent for real-time responses and transcription. Relevant conversation history, saved-request details, and messaging-preference state may be included as context. These providers process service data under their applicable terms and settings. We do not claim zero provider retention or that all processing stays on one device.

The public website is separate from the pilot. Its hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to serve the site.

Storage and your choices

The pilot retains application records, including messages, transcripts, requests, and delivery state. It does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule or a self-service data-deletion feature. Contact zeming.business@gmail.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Removing application data and removing service-provider records are separate operations; we do not promise immediate deletion from every system.

Reply STOP to stop application texts. Opting out does not delete saved requests or conversation history. Do not send passwords, API keys, full bank or card details, or your phone-access PIN in messages. The PIN belongs only in the phone keypad prompt or private local setup.

Mobile information

Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or used for third-party marketing. We do not provide them to third parties for independent marketing or promotional use. The service-provider processing needed to run the pilot is described above.
