What this pilot does

NexgenAct helps an enrolled business owner capture, clarify, review, and cancel requests through text or phone. A saved request is a record for review. It does not create or send invoices, send business email, update a CRM, schedule reminders, move money, or post to an accounting ledger. These business integrations are not connected in this phase.

This is a private pilot, not general public enrollment. AI responses can misunderstand a request. Review saved details and correct mistakes. The pilot is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional financial, accounting, or legal advice.

NexgenAct SMS pilot

Messages from +1 (888) 853-7288 include replies to owner-initiated requests, clarification questions, saved-request status, and short continuation summaries after owner-initiated calls when SMS consent is active. Messages are non-promotional. Frequency varies with your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional. You may decline SMS and use the phone pilot without text summaries. Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply START to resume permitted messaging after an opt-out; it does not repeat old tasks or authorize business actions. Reply HELP for program information, or contact zeming.business@gmail.com for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and delivery

SMS registration and handset delivery testing are still in progress; a saved request, contact card, or successful call does not establish SMS delivery. Do not rely on messages arriving immediately or at a particular time. Read our Privacy Policy for information about provider processing and retained records.
