Your choice is separate

The consent record contains your choice, the phone-number binding, call identifier, timestamp, and disclosure version and hash. The consent step does not record call audio or store your PIN.

An existing valid consent choice is not requested again. Calling again or pressing 1 does not reverse a prior STOP. Silence or an invalid key does not grant consent.
